Ten minutes’ walk from the Alcudia’s sandy beach, the Bellevue Club resort offers 8 swimming pools, mini golf, tennis and several restaurants. The studios and apartments all have private balconies.

Food not the best, quite repetitive. Ended up out for dinner twice at other restaurants.

Location the best. Beach close to the hotel. Very good for families.

Half board did not include juices or soft drinks. The waitress took out a glass of juice from my child hands. But we were not even aware that it was not included. The night we arrived, the system was down. So, instead of checking in at 11, we check in at 2am. And was waiting for someone one to bring us to the room. I understand everything it happened, but the wasn't even apologies. Actually have to say there were only a few staff who had a nice maners. Very poor kids club. Conditioners never worked complain a few time no one fixed the problem.

Has many things within Bellevue club, good location, nice views

Cleaning could be improved much more, noone wash the floors there, just sweeping. Kettle wasn't working

Online says it has a gym but when we asked about it was told it wasn’t open anymore. We was abit up set about this as we go gym very often.

Very Good

The apartment was really comfortable, for this price. There was a lot of facilities in the hotel, that the guests could use. The location was also really good.

The kitchen was lacking some basic equipment like, kitchen knives, a sponge, dishsoap. It could be really loud at night sometimes, but that is understandable, looking at how big the hotel is.

The furniture was new but doors were a bit older and some things are falling apart. The rooms are not isolated so you can hear everything from other rooms and hall.

Rooms are modern, clean and spacious. Location is good.

Food good but lacking a bit of variety. Downside is the size of the place, long walk to the restaurant and to get out of the complex.

The staff was very attentive and helpful, especially at the reception. The breakfast was excellent, only the offer of fruit and vegetables could have been more varied. Although the area is not new, the room with a beautiful view of the lake had everything needed.

We had a fantastic time; there is so much to see and do, beautiful beaches and great food

The breakfast offering was fantastic. It catered for all tastes and hot food was freshly cooked. It was very well organised, given the large numbers of guests catered for. The breakfast times also allowed for you to get an early start or have a bit of a lie in. The location was brilliant. In amongst all the restaurants for evening meals, a short walk to the beautiful beach and great for different transport options. We found it particularly useful to have moped and cycle hire onsite as it allowed us to see more and travel independantly.

Take bug spray - the mosquitos from the many lakes are a bit of a nuisance. Bellevue could do with a bit of TLC in places; the complex is starting to age. This did not affect our enjoyment in any way though. The entertainment onsite was a bit loud sometimes. If you have children you'll probably be having late nights but it didn't affect us.

Beautiful territory with small aquapark and sport facilities. But loud and noisy.

Beautiful territory. Aquapark. Evening show. Friendly staff. Clean rooms.

Loud, noisy. Smoking and drunk neighbors. Random accomodation that does not correspond to the reported location on booking map. The territory is huge. The accomodation is given randomly at the reception. Booking shows the location of reception. We got a building located 1 km from reception, meaning 30 min walk to the beach. The view was on aquapark. From 7 a.m. to 11 a.m. there was a loud cleaning of the aquapark area. We asked to move us in a quieter building and closer to the beach. It was quickly done. There we almost enjoyed our stay if not to mention laughing, smoking and drinking till 4 a.m. neighbors at the next to us balcony. It is definitely not the place for those who like calm and relaxing vacations.

Nice place, but needs pay attention to people's reviews.

Very good place for kids as they have lots of to do around the pools. Food was kinda ok on Indian and Chinese nights - samosas and spring rolls. Everything else was the same each day, especially if you are veggie. Hiking must. It will take max 2hrs but the view is amazing.l

We booked for 8 nights, and the room was cleaned once, and the second time was cleaned a few hours before we left. When we entered our room for the first time, it wasn't cleaned properly. The same issue was with the balcony. There are lots of tiny brown ants in an apartment and a balcony. The area around the swimming pool was cleaned twice a week. I understand the biggest mess came from people who stayed at a hotel as they did not have respect for the place and themselves because they were leaving all cups, food leftovers, plates, and rubbish after themselves.

Liked that the club was central to everthing the beach the strip .

Didn't like that you had to pay for WIFI and when you did evertime you left and came back into the complex you had to sign in all the time.

Impressions

The place is very beautiful, with small gardens, really good environment. Don't want to underestimate the view, it's just good positioned. Nearby we have a lake Eden Lago and also we can climb San Marti wherefrom we can see the hole area.Can return one day.

There is a bit of an absence of control and staff. That leads to late noisy nights. Anyway it is all right

Ok Hotel, with lots of pools

Lots of pools to choose from. Although towards the end of October, they do shut some of them. Most the staff are really friendly. The food is ok, what you would expect for a 3* hotel buffet. There is always food and drink available somewhere. The children's entertainment is the same every night but my children enjoyed dancing after dinner most evenings.

There is alot of mosquitos around the Freda blocks and splash park as there is a lake near by so can't be helped. But in our shower there was missing grout in the tiles where a mosquito had laid eggs and we kept getting wigglers (mosquito babies) appearing. We dealt with this cleaning the shower cracks every few hours. The bedroom sliding door was broken and didn't move. As we had a 2 year old with us, I was disappointed we got given a room with bunk beds as in the adverts there was no mention of bunk beds this became a hazard. We ask to have a different room but the only ones they offered where on the 7th or 8th floor where we would never be able to use the balcony as it is super high and the rails moved. The door to the room can be opened very easily by children even when you lock it. So my 2 year was always trying to escape .

The block we were in was lovely (fedra1) and the pools were great for kids
