Good

Rooms are modern, clean and spacious. Location is good.

Food good but lacking a bit of variety. Downside is the size of the place, long walk to the restaurant and to get out of the complex.

Very Good

The staff was very attentive and helpful, especially at the reception. The breakfast was excellent, only the offer of fruit and vegetables could have been more varied. Although the area is not new, the room with a beautiful view of the lake had everything needed.

We had a fantastic time; there is so much to see and do, beautiful beaches and great food

The breakfast offering was fantastic. It catered for all tastes and hot food was freshly cooked. It was very well organised, given the large numbers of guests catered for. The breakfast times also allowed for you to get an early start or have a bit of a lie in. The location was brilliant. In amongst all the restaurants for evening meals, a short walk to the beautiful beach and great for different transport options. We found it particularly useful to have moped and cycle hire onsite as it allowed us to see more and travel independantly.

Take bug spray - the mosquitos from the many lakes are a bit of a nuisance. Bellevue could do with a bit of TLC in places; the complex is starting to age. This did not affect our enjoyment in any way though. The entertainment onsite was a bit loud sometimes. If you have children you'll probably be having late nights but it didn't affect us.

What was the highlight of BelleVue Club Hotel

Beautiful territory with small aquapark and sport facilities. But loud and noisy.

Beautiful territory. Aquapark. Evening show. Friendly staff. Clean rooms.

Loud, noisy. Smoking and drunk neighbors. Random accomodation that does not correspond to the reported location on booking map. The territory is huge. The accomodation is given randomly at the reception. Booking shows the location of reception. We got a building located 1 km from reception, meaning 30 min walk to the beach. The view was on aquapark. From 7 a.m. to 11 a.m. there was a loud cleaning of the aquapark area. We asked to move us in a quieter building and closer to the beach. It was quickly done. There we almost enjoyed our stay if not to mention laughing, smoking and drinking till 4 a.m. neighbors at the next to us balcony. It is definitely not the place for those who like calm and relaxing vacations.

Nice place, but needs pay attention to people's reviews.

Very good place for kids as they have lots of to do around the pools. Food was kinda ok on Indian and Chinese nights - samosas and spring rolls. Everything else was the same each day, especially if you are veggie. Hiking must. It will take max 2hrs but the view is amazing.l

We booked for 8 nights, and the room was cleaned once, and the second time was cleaned a few hours before we left. When we entered our room for the first time, it wasn't cleaned properly. The same issue was with the balcony. There are lots of tiny brown ants in an apartment and a balcony. The area around the swimming pool was cleaned twice a week. I understand the biggest mess came from people who stayed at a hotel as they did not have respect for the place and themselves because they were leaving all cups, food leftovers, plates, and rubbish after themselves.

Liked that the club was central to everthing the beach the strip .

Didn't like that you had to pay for WIFI and when you did evertime you left and came back into the complex you had to sign in all the time.

Impressions

The place is very beautiful, with small gardens, really good environment. Don't want to underestimate the view, it's just good positioned. Nearby we have a lake Eden Lago and also we can climb San Marti wherefrom we can see the hole area.Can return one day.

There is a bit of an absence of control and staff. That leads to late noisy nights. Anyway it is all right

Ok Hotel, with lots of pools

Lots of pools to choose from. Although towards the end of October, they do shut some of them. Most the staff are really friendly. The food is ok, what you would expect for a 3* hotel buffet. There is always food and drink available somewhere. The children's entertainment is the same every night but my children enjoyed dancing after dinner most evenings.

There is alot of mosquitos around the Freda blocks and splash park as there is a lake near by so can't be helped. But in our shower there was missing grout in the tiles where a mosquito had laid eggs and we kept getting wigglers (mosquito babies) appearing. We dealt with this cleaning the shower cracks every few hours. The bedroom sliding door was broken and didn't move. As we had a 2 year old with us, I was disappointed we got given a room with bunk beds as in the adverts there was no mention of bunk beds this became a hazard. We ask to have a different room but the only ones they offered where on the 7th or 8th floor where we would never be able to use the balcony as it is super high and the rails moved. The door to the room can be opened very easily by children even when you lock it. So my 2 year was always trying to escape .

Short family stay

Lots of different pool areas, good location to easily get to restaurants and shops outside of resort. In a renovated 2 bedroom apartment that was spacious for 5 people. Good facilities for younger children especially. No complaints for the price we paid.

Resort was very big, a little shuttle bus running around between the blocks and to the beach would have been ideal. Buffet food for all inclusive was fine, not the most extensive choice I've seen at all inclusive resorts and not enough places to get a drink in the evening.

Good

A worker gave us the wrong key of our room and we had to come back to the reception, after a long trip to change it. Then when we arrived the room we noticed that the AC didn’t work. So we had to try to sleep on a really hot night because the hotel didn’t have another option, not even changing us the room. Only on the next morning we were able to ask ont the reception to change the room. The food is OK and the workers are nice. The rooms are really comfortable.

Good

The range of pools which my kids really enjoyed. Good location, many bars where you can get softice, beer, snacks etc. Evening attraction for kids was also nice. Food was okay.

Some buildings require maintenance, not all pools have toilets, or we were not able to find them :) Food was not so healthy. Initially, it was difficult to orient there, as the hotel is huge.

Good value for money, pay for what you get, good pools, nice staff - uncomfy beds & mosquito issue

Pools were very clean and area around them, lots of sunbeds and the pool temperature was lovely. Shop on site was good, reception helpful and the cleaning staff work hard all day. The Air Con was a life saver in 40 degree heat!

My room was a little dated, previous guests have obviously splattered bugs into the walls, but there was lots of them around which wasn't pleasant to look at. The patio door frame was coming away from the door so you had to push the glass to open & close. Shower head needed replacing, the limescale build up caused the water to just fire at all angles. The complex is so big its almost impossible to always keep on top of it. Although the staff work hard they could probably do with more hands. The mosquitos were horrendous anywhere near the lake, entertainment areas and funfair. As a result we went out every night where it was more bareable (although the entire island is bad for mosquitos its especially bad at Belle Vue)

good location and great staff but need replacement of the managing staff

huge complex with plenty of swimming pools. staff very friendly and always try to help good location,close to all amenities. about 10min walk to the beach. plenty of places to visit and explore

only English music entertainment is absolutely rubbish limited choice of food and repetitive dirty plates all the time restaurant overcrowded no Spanish beer no Spanish music. make me feel like I am in England. I would return and I definitely wouldn’t recommend this place unless you’re Eng and love listening that kind of music.
