Ok but could improve . Could have better explanation of how to use other entertainement for kids
Big complex
- too big and too far away to go to the restaurant - lift not working and stayed at 8 th floor with 71 year old mama - boring meals and no separate section for vegetarian and gluten free people, sausages left on potatoes or people grabbing chips with tongs provided for saussages!! - several pools closed - advert said tooleteries provided but it was not provided however the receptionist was very helpful

The apartment, pool, slides most of it was fab. Could do with a mirror though in another room other than the bathroom.
Need more variety of food. Mosquitos but that can't be helped.

Great, other than the brown and the bare feet.
Not enough brown sauce at breakfast. I also don’t understand why you cannot be bare foot at the snack bars, everyone is coming from the pools, lots of people including myself getting shouted at to go away and come back with shoes.

Decent stay
location was good, bed was comfortable, i like that we had a balcony, views were nice, love that we could park outside our complex for free.
rooms outdated, especially bathroom looked unclean, things we need we need to pay for or put a deposit (tv remote, iron). no dish soup or other necessities available for the kitchen other than cutlery and pans.
